The SMART Mobile Suite is composed of several pre-configured and pre-integrated applications. These applications which are available on mobile devices are mapped to the SAP system processes in the areas of asset accounting, inventory management, vehicle scheduling and time recording. You have the ability to simplify processes and speed up and also allow your employees to access real data in the SAP system. A significant increase in productivity can be achieved.

The SMART Mobile Suite consists of the following applications:

SMART Work Manager maps mobile maintenance and field service processes. Work orders and service messages are available through wireless devices in the field. With the ability to directly view and edit  SAP system data, such as Access functions and Parts list you can increase the productivity of your employees. Furthermore SMART Work Manager supports all components of the SMART Mobile Suite, the connection to barcode, RFID, GIS, photo, voice, print and other systems.

SMART Inventory Manager lets your office and field staff to access information on stocks. Warehouse staff can electronically find and track goods from the receipt of the transfer to the new order. Sales force will focus on current inventory data immediately available to satisfy customer requests.

SMART Rounds allows routine inspections of facilities; it can be solitary or multiple trips, the nature or the name of the inspection can be selected and made available on the mobile device. Your employees will be guided through the trips and thereby have access to historical data, and on safety limits and measurement statistics. Risk situations are quickly identified and remedied.

With SMART CATS module your field staff can book their times against work orders, tasks or projects. SMART CATS seamlessly integrates with your SAP system in the area of time recording. Your employees can enter, modify or delete time, work effort and expenditure.

All the above solutions use the SMART Administration module, which is a ?Powered by SAP Netweaver? certified ABAP Add-on. It provides the interface between SMART Mobile Suite and your SAP system. It also enables configuration, management and monitoring of all SMART applications from your existing SAP installation.
